We use high quality materials and package our products carefully to make every effort to protect them in the post.
In the event that an item is damaged, the buyer is responsible for contacting us within 14 days of sale, providing proof of purchase and returning the item within a further 14 days. We will then process a refund back to the purchaser.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for personalised items, custom-made products, or accidental damage.
Please note: Once items have been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for postage on return before being refunded.
