We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please email hello.wildcity@gmail.com or message 07857 309468 at least 48 hours before the start time of your workshop.More than 48 hours before your workshop:You can request a full refund or transfer your booking to another upcoming Wild City workshop within the next 3 months, subject to availability. Alternatively, you’re welcome to pass your place on to a friend - just let us know their name in advance.Less than 48 hours before your workshop:Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, due to material costs and the limited time we have to fill the space. We know that sometimes unexpected things happen, so if you can’t make it, please get in touch. We’ll always do our best to help where we can.If we need to cancel:Occasionally, we may need to cancel or postpone a workshop due to low numbers, illness, venue issues or circumstances beyond our control. Where we cancel a workshop, we’ll contact everyone who has booked as soon as possible and offer a full refund or, where appropriate, a transfer to another workshop.

We sometimes take photographs or video at our workshops to share what we do on our website and social media.If you do not want to appear in photographs or video, please let your workshop leader know when you arrive. We’ll do our best to make sure you’re not included in any promotional content.

Some workshops involve materials, tools, equipment, paint or other substances. Please follow the instructions given by the workshop leader and let us know about any relevant allergies, sensitivities or other concerns before taking part.

We want our workshops to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. If you have any accessibility requirements, additional needs or anything else you think we should know before your workshop, please get in touch when booking. We’ll always do our best to make reasonable adjustments and help you feel comfortable taking part.

Some of our workshops take place at venues that provide additional services, such as food and drink. These services are provided by the venue and are separate from your Wild City booking. Any additional purchases or charges are your responsibility. If available, pease support our venues by purchasing refreshments, and please do not bring your own food or drink (except water!) unless specified.

Parking arrangements vary between venues, so please check local parking restrictions and allow plenty of time to find a space before your workshop. We recommend arriving with enough time to park, make your way to the venue and be ready to start promptly at the advertised time.

Our evening Craft Club workshops are for ages 18+. Please check the individual workshop listing for age requirements before booking. Teenagers 14+ accompanied by their parent/carer may be considered with an additional full priced ticket, but please get in touch by emailing hello.wildcity@gmail.comOther workshops are generally suitable for children and families unless a different age range is stated in the workshop description.

Where a workshop is advertised as child-friendly, the stated age guidance will apply. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult where specified in the workshop details. Please check the individual workshop listing before booking.
